... Please unlock the capped 30FPS, we know 60FPS is possible as people have found out through using other programs, im just not sure why SE hasnt done it themselves. It would be nice to have the legit program running with 60 or at least 50+ FPS as most games these days can go unlimited.

Just saying it would be nice to have as an enabled option.

With the right hardware FFXI at @ 60fps with freesync works really well, or so im told....

i have i7 3930k and geforce gtx 980ti and i like to play ffxi a lot, i feel like all the power of modern components is going to waste as this is still a really good game.

FFXI makes very poor use of the GPU and relies heavily on a single core of the processor. If you read up on those programs, you'll find that it doesn't work very well for a lot of people, even with really good hardware. Especially those on laptops. I have 2 laptops with 4th gen i7 processors, solid state drives and gtx980ms in them and the standard 30fps lags on them. Where as I can run BF4 etc. on them at high frame rates with no issue.

It would be cool for them to unlock it, but I doubt they will because it would open up a slew of support issues.
