Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
1.) Zoned into Bastok Markets [S] via Home Point Crystal from Port Jeuno
2.) Heard Campaign Music, and tried to summon Kupipi
3.) Received the message of not being able to summon Trusts in this Area/At this Time
4.) Joined Campaign Battle
5.) Tried summoning Koru-Moru while under conflict/Allied Tag Status
6.) Received same message of not being able to use Trust.
7.) Visited other nations for Summer Trusts and attempted to summon a Trust, and received the same message of not being able to use Trusts.
