Then there is hope.
Well on that score I don't know what the truth is. I'm not a huge expert on anything technical and some players are saying one thing and the rest say another. I will just trust that SE knows what the truth is, and that they will know what to do.
If there are not any limitations I hope that they will add some of the wonderful ideas I have seen posted around this forum.
If there are limitations then deep down I hope they will be shed so this game can progress. I've seen that chart floating around which shows only a small percentage still use the PS2. Should this game be allowed to stagnate forever to support a platform most people have left behind? Or should it be allowed to reach it's full potential?
If it is able to grow, if they release fresh new content and improve upon what is there it might have more chance of grabbing new players and shouting "Look at me I'm still here!" I'm not speaking for my idea when I say that of course, after all it's a small idea which wouldn't really have any impact on gameplay. But I am speaking for some of the other ideas that have been posted, some of them are really fabulous.
This game doesn't have to be forgotten by future MMO fans.
no items need to be added, the second equip screen would use the same items you use now as armor, the only difference is the game would be told to display items in equip menu 2 first and over items in equip menu 1, but then when it comes to anything battle related the game would be told to use all items from equip menu 1
Spiral Knights does this and it's awesome. I'm all for overlaying my gear with set armor of my choice.
I've never tried that game but it looks fun, if it wasn't in closed beta I would give it a try, would be a nice way to pass this downtime. If it's not still in beta let me know, I might have just been looking at really out of date information, lol.
Would be nice if SE just banned Ps2 users.
