Bug Report MogSafe2 Ate Bastokan Flag

18th to 19th at night time Tried to redecorate Mog house 2nd floor took all flags and trees from bottom floor went to top floor started to decorate "Bastokan flag" goes missing cant find it checked all items in house 10x took it off wall prior from first floor and put it in MogSafe2 and it disappeared. The /itemsearch command found nothing the GM's yes more then two could not find the item in there logs so they told me they could not restore my item the MogSafe2 ate it. I have rank 10 Bastok if I need to switch to it to prove that I have beaten the requirements to obtain the item. I also have completed the Record of Eminence requirement as proof as well. I'm tired of asking the GM's for help because they cant help me when they cant do nothing about it without proper confirmation from there logs or from the development team and I'm sure they are tired of me calling them for help with this matter after 5 calls. Please help me with this someone. Thank you [GM] Ehrbenox for trying to help me with this and the other four GM's as well. Still waiting for help with this it is now June 12th....
