Steps:
1. I went into Phomiuna Aqueducts to kill the Minotaur, farm for a bronze key to open the iron gate, and then examine the ornate doors on the top floor.
2. After completing these objectives, I walked back out of the zone back into the Tavnazian Safehold.
3. I proceeded to the NPC Justinius located @ J-6 in the Safehold and initiated conversation with him.
4. The cutscene started and proceeded as normal up until the part where the Tarutaru trio comes into the scene.
5. Once the three Tarutaru were in the scene, they proceeded to walk up to Prishe upon where the dialogue stops. There is no additional dialogue at this point.
6. The only way to resolve this is to force shutdown FFXI and POL and restart them, upon which the mission still requires me to view the bugged cutscene.

Please disregard. Issue seems to have fixed itself upon a successful reboot of both POL and my computer.
