keyboard has mind of its own randomly

my keyboard keeps randomly taking control with a mind of its own, only sometimes on random occassions. if i type /l it says /linkshell or /say or nothing and none will let me type right. problem is still occurring had it today.

i cant find the se chat for support it keeps bringing me to the email page

There's an in-game setting. You can change keyboard preferences. I think the options are "Full Size" and "Compact". It should be under one of the "Config" menus on the big menu that comes up on the right hand side of the screen. I can't recall the exact path to get to it off the top of my head and I don't have the game open right now. Maybe someone else here can give more detailed help.

It's also possible your keyboard itself is failing.
