    pol-error 5312

    I tried logging on and I am getting the POL error 5312

    Yes, i know my square enix id & password
    Yes, i know my playonline id & password
    Yes, i know the difference between them

    I restarted PoL, my computer, and even reinstall PoL with the FFXI website link.

    Please help
