Unable to trade in Accelerator III to attachment lady

Details:

I bought an accelerator III for my puppetmaster, and traded it to Tateeya in the automaton workshop. however, she gave me the message "What's this? It looks like I've already fitted your automaton with the connecter for that attachment."

Problem is, checking my attachment list, shows no Accelerator III whatsoever. I even sorted it by element, and checked the entire list, and nope. I also tried zoning to al zhabi, and logging off and back in, as well as changing jobs from blu then back to pup. None of them changed the fact I still had no accelerator III in my attachment equip menu, and Tateeya still won't accept the one in my inventory. The auction house menu also shows accelerator III in white while on puppetmaster main, showing that it isn't unlocked for use in attachments menu.

Steps: 1. Trade accelerator III to Tateeya at (I-7) in Aht Urghan Whitegate.
2. Have it rejected and politely be called dumber than an orc by Tateeya.
3. Attachment menu says "lulwat" when you ask it where accelerator III is.
