impossible to acces my mogsafe2 with item in it

i got a lot of gear in the ms2 and i cant even go upstair for floor1 or acces my ms2 , i can use the gear for lockstyle effect tho... help me out plz

I think you have to do all the quests that let you exit mog houses from anywhere in the main cities. There are three:

Growing Flowers
A Lady's Heart
Flower Child

The flowers for all three of these quests (Lilac, Amaryllis, and Marguerite) can be purchased at the M&P Market in Upper Jeuno (near the zone to Battalia Downs).

I already completed the quests previously and have accessed it already. I just can't access it as of right now for some reason.

I need to get into my Mog Safe 2, and nobody knows why i can't. I have the quests done and I accessed it already, but a few after hours I stored items in it i wasn't able to access it. Its been almost 2 RL days and still haven't been able to access it.

maybe you need go to your nation mog house onvce enter Mog Houdr then click door option under list second floor after you can press - menus > Mog House

That's just it I don't get the option to go to second floor. Which makes me unable to access my Safe 2.

I have a similar issue. I completed all the requisite quests years ago, and I confirmed they're in my completed quests log. I can access the second floor of my mog house in my home nation, but I have no option to select Mog Safe II when I talk to my moogle. My options, from top to bottom, are Mog Safe, Storage, Mog Locker, etc- no Mog Safe II. I am not 100% sure, but I believe I did have access to the second storage right after the update.

I've tried zoning, rebooting, etc. All the obvious things. Nothing fixes it.
