Frequency: So far having turned 4 attachments in since the Rhapsodies of Vanad'iel update, I have only had this issue with 1 attachment (Scope II)

Steps: I was turning in a couple of attachments I bought from the auction house (Repeater, Strobe II, and Scope II). I traded the Repeater and Strobe II to the NPC without issues, however, when I traded the Scope II attachment to Tateeya, she gave me the prompt saying she had attached the Scope II to my automaton, but no matter what I do, I cannot get the Scope II attachment to appear in my automaton menu. Thinking I may have made a mistake, I purchased another Scope II attachment today to try adding it to my automaton again, but when I traded it to Tateeya, she told me I already had that attachment equipped to my automaton.

So it seems like she accepted my Scope II attachment, and the game recognizes that my automaton has this attachment available, yet it doesn't show in the attachment list. I have tried both looking through the entire attachment list as a whole, as well as separating it so that only wind attachments show up, but no matter what I do, the Scope II attachment just won't show up for me to equip to my automaton.

I thank you in advance for looking into this issue, and I hope it doesn't affect other puppetmasters out there looking to obtain and equip new attachments.
