Can you please change all the old lottery NMs to either 1. Have 100% drop. 2. Respawn within 1 hour guaranteed. Or something similar. I am talking about below 99 mobs. Many are records, but others have macro pieces or low level gear for new characters.

Example, I am doing shepard's chain, killed 5 times and nothing. All th8 or 9. Currently sitting on 5 hrs and no pop. It is dumb at this point in the game, when events are 15-45 mins to spend this long getting an old NM and item. No one should spend more time on pre 99 gear than 119 gear.
