Seriously. Her name is not Mildaurion, nor is she an Elvaan. There is seriously no excuse for this whatsoever.

They did the same thing for Aphmau, not having the Cipher and Trust name spoil that she was Empress Nashmiera. Eshan'tarl is introduced as Cardinal Mildaurion, a Hume woman, until you progress far enough in CoP, and thein her Kuluu identity is revealed.

Having the correct name would spoil the storyline for newer players, so they use the "Clark Kent" identity rather than the Kal'el identity. The Elvaan thing is probably a localization error given the amount of content there is to keep straight.

Uh, how does having Trust: Nashmeira for the Empress when she was first introduced as Aphmau equate to having Trust: Mildaurion for Esha'ntarl when she was first introduced as Mildaurion?

Oh wait, it doesn't. She should be Esha'ntarl.
