    Breaking the Ice broken

    I can turn in the quest and get the earmuffs but when it goes to change screens (going to ice formation) the screen just goes black and nothing happens at all

    It only does that if you're running Windower. You need to force crash the program or run through the cutscene without Windower. The quest still completes even if the game freezes during the cutscene.
