I have two or three major issues with vagary at the moment, the first issue, is that once you defeat the megaboss of a zone (we did the elemental zone last night), you don't get any kind of time extension. What happened was that we were low on time, just barely got the boss down, and only had 60 seconds left to try and distribute loot, which with half the group dead, wasn't possible. All those expensive upgrade items went to the floor. The group leader was dead, so we couldn't even quartermaster things and distribute them afterwards. Second thing, the Records of Eminence for vagary bosses isn't completed for the people who are dead when a megaboss is killed. That's not fair at all. I died while weakened, burning my 2hrs trying to get the boss down, and then the boss died to one more WS or so after I died, so I didn't get credit for RoE, and therefore didn't get a free upgrade item, being forced to either repeat the fight another time to get it done, or just buy an expensive upgrade item if I want to get an upgrade item in the meantime. Maybe make it so that when you beat the final boss of the zone, you get a small time extension, enough time to distribute loot, like in delve, or skirmish (after you pop the reward chest key thing).
Third problem, is that it requires so many people for most people to complete any zone. They fixed Delve so you could complete it with a group of 6-7 without a full alliance. I don't know how some people are low manning it, but getting 18 people together to beat a zone, then everyone getting rewarded with just a few memories and a few people getting lucky with boss drops. it seems unfair, and really annoying. I'd like more people to be able to low man stuff, to get more rewards. If you can 6-7 man it, you get rewarded with more memories per person, making it easier to upgrade gear and take less time to set up groups (it's a huge time sink at the moment, getting 18 people together, just to barely beat the zone, but then everyone gets ripped off at the end by getting nothing when you run out of time at the end despite beating the boss).
