    Tried Camate's Advice

    I read his suggestions to fix the problem. I have no other programs running on the computer and I am the only one using the modem/router in the household. Still no fix.

    This would be something to check on but maybe not your problem as well!

    Lol, Well did you guys check on your subscription status to see if its expired and if it does expire usually for me it will even block me from logging into the pol viewer if its run out for the month of the monthly subscription. :-0

    Paid my subscription on june 1st. I just uninstalled it and am currently reinstalling it atm. I swear SE need to get they ish together....

    Subscription Cancellation

    If my subscription was cancelled or made inactive, I could not log onto any PC in that account. I use 3 separate accounts and I can log onto my other PCs in the same account as the one with the lockouts. I am now waiting for a GM reply with a PC in the same world as the lockouts on the same account, and I have some bad news and good news:

    The bad news is there has been no reply yet.

    The good news is I think I am getting better at solitaire.

    Just Got a Reply

    I just got a reply from a GM.

    The formatted message said that I needed Technical Support help to fix the problem, which can be found at support.na.square-enix.com.

    It also said that techs are there M-F from 9am-6pm Pacific Time to help me with the problem.

    So, here I am. Where are those techs? It's Friday, 2:52pm Pacific Time now. How do I talk with them and get a reply?

    The message also said to search the forums for a solution or click on a button called "Contact" to communicate with a Tech directly.

    Where is that button? The only button I found that says "Contact" sends me to the Forums pages. Can't I talk to a tech directly and get a reply as the message says?

    Some basic replies you can run into when calling a support member instead of getting to solving the real problem you have as they tend to go down a list of was it this or was it really that and you just didn't know about it! I'm sure you know how it goes

    Well, I drove to the Target near my house to use their Free-Wifi and was able to log in and exit Western Adoulin, when I got home I was able to log in... So it really is just certain zones that are "Death Zones" that will shut me out of the game entirely. It could be something with the Proxy's but whatever, Guess I just gotta hold my breath every time I zone.

    Let me get this right. You used an outside WiFi and was able to access your stuck PC and move it out? I don't understand it. If it is my router, why did it only happen to 3 of my many PCs? And why did one come back? And what about error messages POL-0011 and FFXI-3100? And why did this suddenly start on June 3? There is a notice about SE doing something to the system that day.

    So, if it is the router, I will try to hook my computer directly to the modem. I cannot move it and use WiFi like you did.

    It might not be the router, the most likely culprit is one of the relay servers that loads the zones. But I don't believe its as simple as "lol its yer hardwares" with how random and unusual this particular issue we're having is.
