Monisette not displaying all previous options

Steps:
when interacting with monisette, she does not display the option for reforging relic gear. I have already have reforged hesychants gloves for mnk so I know I had it as a previous option. Even when I trade the proper relic reforge items, monisette then has no reply.

Having the same issue. I did the GEO AF3 quest, I think that is messing it up.

Edit: LS member apparently figured it out. You have to talk to Sagheera and choose "Ask about relic restoration" and then talk to Monsiette and it will list the relic options. I guess it got reset somehow with recent AF3 quests.
