Dude, just stop. Take a gander around Windurst and you'll see all of them are on elevated platforms, complete with little doors exclusively for them. The one example in Al Zahbi (and I can't think of any more) shouldn't be enough to warrant this request so much.

Yeah my biggest Peeve is the Taru who hands out Mercenary missions in Whitegate. Poor guy can't see over the counter while some Taru vendors have stools to stand on.

Because~ the tarus don't matter that much? They took 2 years to do something about blinkers and those had a big impact on the game, gonna be waiting a few decades for this 1 I think.
