Help - can not retrieve item from drop box. (DB)

As a relatively new player I am getting ready to fight Maat to exceed level 70 for the first time. I purchased a Vile Elixer +1 at Auction House for good price. So when it didn't let me buy a second one I sent first to a mule charachter of mine with the Digaga NPC in Jeuno Port and proceeded to buy another Vile Elixer +1.

I then tried to unload the first Vile Elixer +1 from Digaga - to which is responded: "You can only hold one item of that type" - but the delivery was cancelled.

So I sent the 2nd Vile Elixer +1 to another mule and that mule is now sending it on to another player entirely.
The 2nd item "Vile Elixer +1 is out of my main charachters posession yet I still can't retrieve the first item from the Delivery Box. I still get "You can only hold one item of that type" as a message. Nor can I unoad it with my mule as it was cancelled.

I do understand now that player can only hold one High Quality item at a time. So I doubt I will repeat this "mistake". But the game should not get stuck either.

Tried /helpdesk but that by automation only suggested I request help from players in game (which I did with my linkshell) or search forums. A search on forums which lacked quote - unquote specificity as per a normal web search engine.

Issue was resolved: I had mistakenly moved a plain Vile Elixer (forgotten I had it) to my mule and not the Vile Elixer +1 as I thought. Once the VIle Elixer +1 was removed I could get the item.

Also, it might still be counting that your character has possession of that item until another character actually retrieves it (or at least loads it into his DBox).

I am confused did you lose it? You can send yourself a rare item buy it again and send it to yourself.

ill be stuck there till you use the one in your inventory or w/e

Vile elixir +1 are flaged as rare, some meds are like that some arnt, need to look at that closely if you need more then one healing item for maat fight
