I recently bought FFXI again after taking a break for a few years (since 2005) and i'm trying to make a new character on my old server Odin but it doesn't appear on the list.

I figured out that they are merging servers but is there any way i can still make my character on Odin like maybe using a gold world pass? If not, are there any ideas when the merger will be completed?
