Well just so you guys know, I've been on the phone with... SE, my bank AND my ISP. Here's what I've gotten so far...

SE says, they pinged my IP address and have zero connection to my computer. I only got this far after moving my computer, bypassing the router and trying to get it to go thru. Also had someone else, in an entirely different state, enter the info for me, same error code. This is an ISP problem, says SE, and to contact them.

My ISP, reset my modem and checked everything, my connection is fine.

My bank says, my card IS valid and should have zero issues using said card.

SE then said, if I cannot get my credit card information into the system using PoL, I won't be able to play the game. It is against their policy to enter the card in formation FOR me, so basically, (as I said to the SE Tech) "I'm f*cked" and will not be able to play again.
