UCS-5000 Anyone getting this?

I had a credit card that expired this month and i was gonna take care of it after maintenance. So when i log into my account to resolve this issue it wants me to confirm my id and password. Everytime i type it in its says UCS 5000 invalid password.

I know people are getting that other error (UCS 5024) But is anyone getting this one? I know i have the right password i have it written in my notepad in front of me.

And if anyone from technical support could resolve this that would be great.

Just in case you've done what I initially did: the POL password is not the same as the Square-Enix Account password. I've got two different ones and have tried using the S-E password instead of POL in the reactivation screen and gotten UCS-5000.

Thanks for the reply. But i dont have this account linked to a square enix account so it couldnt be that. But thanks for trying =P

If anyone else has any ideas lemme know. either way im calling tomorrow and i'll hopefully have this resolved.

yeah having the same problem. just came back after 1yr break lol an I am using pol password not the squiax enix account to try an log in content ID's an reactive them but no luck. Sign into the member thing website an all my id's are still there thank goodness lol I would be more irrated if i had to start over for the 3rd time ... but hope to figure this out

I'm getting the exact same problem coming back after a year. Play online says i can still access account but account management on POL is being buggy~ bleck I wanted to go sit in selbina and watch the sunrise~

Well have figured out what I need to can't do it in game.
It's only 3 months to do it in game. If its longer than that have to use the reativication on their website which is http://www.playonline.com/ff11eu/crs/

But it still is down due to maintance. Due to all the other errors that they are still working out. At least I know why I can't do it in game now lol. That was driving me nutz. Now I can wait XD.
