SE, do you really wonder why your clients are leaving in such numbers that you are currently planning the second major server merger in a year?
HELLO, you keep making your product unusable by the people that DO want to keep paying for it. Your answer in the past has been to ask your clients to repair the damage that you did, ie; "we loaded you PS2s up with a bunch of useless crap so you can't install our update and can't play without it. please take 2 days to reload our product so that you can keep sending us money. thank you"
Does this really sound like a smart business model to you?
Now if I understand you right you are saying to us "we made it to where a large number of our clients can't use our services. please jump through more hoops and resubmit the credit card number that you've already given us and maybe it will work."
How about instead of that BS we get something more along the lines of "we messed up and we are doing xxxxxxxxxxx to fix it. thank you for your patience."
That really doesn't fit the way SE does business though does it?
