    Vulkurm 5th TE nonspawn

    For a few months i have been having issues with the 5th time extention not showing. I have even taken the time to camp it for over an hour till time expired and no sign of the 5th TE but it seems now over the past month there has been no issue. Luckily it has spawned or been up. Was woundering if anyone else had any issues?
