Endark not allowing Additional Effects

basicly you are given 1 additional effect weather it be enspels or additional effects. you can not get 2 additional effect procs from the same action, it's allways one or the other but not both, in the same combat round. there is a particual order to additional effect proiritys. the hightest priority effect will allways take precedence.

as such I think you'll find this will be moved to working as intended if it's not moved it insufficient information.
