I think AF seals drop more frequently when the dominion op you are doing is 4 or 5 stars

If you are doing a 1 or 2 star op maybe the seal drop rate is lower...

I haven't really soloed many dominion ops.. usually just once for the atma completion

Most op's i do are in a party with 4 or 5 stars and thats when seals drop i believe.
