Augmented items not showing new augments when using a synergy furnace.

Frequency: Tried the synergy 2 times and it happened both times.

Area and Coordinates: Area outside Windurst Waters Mog House
Party or Solo: 2 person party.
Steps:
1. I deposited my genbu shield along with genbu scraps into the synergy furnace.
2. Since I don't have synergy leveled, my party member synergized the augment for me.
3. Once the synergy was complete, I clicked on the furnace to retrieve the item and I was unable to view the new augments on the Genbu Shield.
4. The next prompt asks me if I want to keep the original augments, or accept the new augments, but I am unable to see what the new augments are.
5. After accepting or rejecting the new augments, I am able to see the augments on the item in my inventory.

Its not a bug, simply they put augments on another page so just hit - on numkey pad

I am aware that pressing - on the numpad will show the 2nd page for augmented items. That is not this issue. The item simply did not appear at all. I had a screen asking me to confirm the new augments, but there was nothing displayed. Not the Genbu's Shield, not the old augments, not the new augments - nothing.
