Not gaining Capacity Points

Hey all,

So I'm not gaining capacity points. Well, I am. According to my chat log. However, in the Job Point menu it says I have 0/30,000 CP, 0 JP. And I have checked the list on the job that has earned the CP and tried both in and out of my mog house. I have spoken to the Nomad Moogle and received the Key Item "Job Breaker". Speaking to him now only offers me the option to ask about merit points. I am also fighting level 100+ mobs in the Adoulin areas, gaining an upwards of 200+ CP per mob. By my count, I should have several thousand CP by this point. I have tried zoning, logging out and in, and speaking to the moogle several times.

To reiterate:

• I am gaining CP in my chat log
• I am on the job which I am gaining said CP
• I am checking both in my mog house and in the field
• I have the "job breaker" Key Item and recieved the talk about Job Points from the Nomad Moogle
• I have tried zoning and relogging. It has been several days

I submitted a support ticket and was told to post here. I hope this can get sorted, I want my Job Points!
