new context menu in the log window

Flaunting opinion as fact must be the new in thing. Previously, with the log open, hitting the up arrow would scroll your log up by one line at a time, or hold it for a few lines.

Left/right works fine to scroll. I've never needed or especially cared to scroll one line at a time. Paging up or down will still show the same information.

and work to it's strengths rather than just straight copy and paste from XIV.

It's hardly a copy and paste, it doesn't even work the same way. two different games with two totally different codebases. to call it copy and paste is just ignorant.
