Ugh...again...AGAIN

Ok in the interest of getting this resolved in a timely matter (as in today so I can get mah login points). I put it to you guys: I bought a new Xbox 360, transferred everything from my old hard drive to the new properly even transferred the license and...this stupid game won't load. Specifically when I put the game in it says "the game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again. For more help, visit www.xbox.com/support." Will contact them right now and hope I do not get the runaround.
UPDATE: Contacted Microsoft, any1 want to guess what they told me? They said because my 360 is an elite and my old one was a slim there may now be compatibility problems and I have to contact SE so they can maybe isolate the problem. Five bucks their going to send me here to fill out a dumb bug report
