    Superior Gear Suggestion

I believe with the implementation of the superior gear system everyone was hoping to find something really "superior" or "astonishing". I speak not only for myself when i say we were very dissapointed to see sub-par gear to be claimed as "superior".

However, i do like the idea itself, of having to put effort into really superior gear and have a proposition:

Back when Abyssea came out, AF3 was really superior compared to standart gear from before. And since the developers already stated they will upgrade it to ilvl why not make it "superior" again? I really wont mind having to spend 50 or 150 capacity points to be able to equip something thats well worth it.

On the plus side. it also has style from a fashion point of view. not the lvl 30 look from promyvion days.

Thanks for reading and maybe considering the suggestion in advance

IF they do that then, like the AH gear, no other effort should be required to upgrade or equip it. I'd rather they followed a similar path to AF though.

Maybe they should have chosen a different name but "superior 1" gear was simply intended to be "gear that requires some job points earned to equip" not "gear that's better than everything that came before."

It is meant to be buyable 119 gear. Like in FFXIV, it seems they have moved to a philosophy that people shouldn't be able to buy their way to the top, at least, not easily. Which is why they held off on making max ilvl craftable gear until they could institute some kind of requirement before you can use it. Put simply, they don't want you to be able to get 119 gear without playing any content (or at least grinding)
