Go to PlayOnline website and you will see instructions posted on how to correct this. I agree that SE needs to have support staff available 24/7 (will never happen though). Tomorrow morning, the phone lines are going to light up like Christmas trees with complaints from players not being able to access their accounts over the weekend. I believe a lot of the issues have to revolve around players with multiple accounts/billing information/credit cards that are not or haven't been kept updated, and, I know for sure there are players who have never verified their credit cards via the 2 methods required by SE a couple of years ago. Your account will be automatically de-activated just for that reason alone when something like this happens (albeit a very rare occurrence). SE also needs to post a list of error codes and their meaning/explanation and how each can be fixed. USC-5024 means nothing to anyone, and when you cannot talk to a person because it's the weekend, it can be very annoying. I had no issues thank goodness, but I hope SE realizes that it has made yet another error. ( I am not talking about the shutdown either, that was very acceptable, necessary and understandable).
