24/7 Customer Service can i have please... help me out Content ID where?

I would like to say, i understand 3 weeks ago u had servers shut down for a understanding reason, but something i would like to suggest is to better everything by having 24/7 customer service cause to be kicked from the game while in aby cause you guys messed something up and not be able to reactivate my content id so i can play and enjoy the game is really upsetting and so not understanding then takin forever to get back to us on these forums etc... so Can u guys figure out a better way to serve us and our needs whens omething like this happens

They do not give a crap about this issue, that much is pretty clear since we still have this issue 11 1/2 hours after maint. end. Like someone else posted, DO NOT EVER GIVE US ANYTHING FREE AGAIN!!
