I don't see it working been /shouting for ages Foret de Hennetiel WIN Dakuwaqa its job pacific mnk/run x3 WHM BRD PLD or SCH, also those runs are done with a static party rare to see a shout for this.
You're on Asura, so I know for a fact there are tons of people that would go if someone started trying to form a party for non-veterans, or a party for people to learn, even more so if you were in a linkshell. I also know for a fact that there are tons of Delve shouts every single day, so no, it's not only for static parties. I myself have formed a few Tojil learning parties in the past offering to teach people, and we did in fact make it up to Tojil with a random party setup. We didn't win because of the Scholar not really being experienced in stunning, but it was close, and we might have won with a little more practice.

And no, that Delve does not require those jobs, it's simply commonly done with that. When people shout, they shout for the "optimal" setup or the setup they know best, because they want to win. They're not forming a "learning" party, they're forming one to win, so they shout for jobs they know will succeed (it's the standard). Believe it or not a lot of people don't know why you take certain jobs, they just do it because they know everyone else does. So, they deny other jobs that would work perfectly fine in replacement simply because they don't know better or are just scared of losing with the "not optimal" setup.

Jobs are also denied simply because people take the assumption that if, for example, a BST wants to join, that the BST is a noob because normally such a job would not ask to join. A BST might work perfectly fine in the position, but it's denied because the BST is probably not geared, not gearswapping, and/or doesn't know the fights. People would rather not take the extra effort to even try this person when they can just get the normal setup.

If you can't get in one of those parties, just make your own if you want to do delve. People make parties because they want to do delve. Because they want to win delve, they just follow the standard set by everyone else. You can do that if you want, or you can take whatever jobs you want. If you learn and understand the bosses, you can make your own decisions.

You can fight these notorious monsters, aside from the zone bosses, outside of Delve. There should be more liberty in job setups. A lot of the rigidity you see with Delve is because people have their eye on the most difficult monster in the encounter, the boss.

Sure you don't get the best gear, which only drops off the bosses, but so what? It's not required and you don't have an implicit right to it.

So now your complaint is your timezone? That has nothing to do with jobs or anything.

Either way, on Asura, there are EU linkshells. Join one if you can't find any groups around the time you're on, or make a party around the time you're on. It's an MMORPG, communicate.

Why so many excuses? This still doesn't even change the fact that you can solo some of the NMs out in the field with trusts, or duo-trio most of them. It's not that difficult to find people to do these things, even on FFXI.

Only doing for accessories as gear level is 110 not many would want to do this.
What you talking about? I just did 10 sharks this weekend from random shouts I saw when I happened to be in town with mostly people who had already done it. And they were rather lenient with the jobs. Like we used RUN and I think drk once and I got to blm it up. And during that time also saw several shouts for bee and tojil. And I'm not exactly on a huge sever and alot of the server isn't in my timezone. As already stated even if you have KIs you need plasm to buy stuff so people will be farming plasm

UK isn't that radical of a time zone regardless. Your afternoon is prime time for NA players, for example.

There no EU linkshells in fact there's less EU players then before. (let us know if you can find one with players more then 6+)

In his defense though, Bahamut has a considerably higher EU player population than Asura.
    Higher than most servers, really.

That said, I do get the impression that the TS isn't even trying to get things done.

That's the problem though. Yes it's EU and JP populations are great. In fact there are a few good EU merc groups I can use if I can't find shouts and during jp time it's non stop shouting though good luck getting into most of those but it's NA population is crap and I'm PST. Despite that I still see plenty of shouts for the easy stuff like Delve I during my time because it's so easy. But if I want to do harder stuff like delve 2, DM II, or VD fights I basically have to wait for my days off and even then non jp shouts are a bit rare but can still get some done on those days and generally even more of the easy stuff.
