    Umm, you retain them when you switch to the new nation you know. All of them. Even if you never did them for that nation.

    So they transfer? If they do, forgive my mistake, but I wasn't aware that the Outpost Warps transferred, just that they were not lost from the nation you got them in and that if you switched back to that nation you would have them again.

    They totally transfer now and have for, hmm, I wanna say almost two years now? Pretty sure it happened late in my first year playing cause I was just starting to swap nations.

    Also, there's a survival guide at every outpost regardless of who controls it. You can just use the survival guide system. Outpost warps are basically obsolete.
