Error UCS-5024 (why can't i reactivate?!?!?!)

I can NOT and am STILL getting UCS-5024.

Demetraki, do you use a security token? Some people are saying the problem seems to be affecting those people who have security tokens. Some people are saying that folks who do not have security tokens are getting in. But people who use security tokens have the problem.

I am curious if there is any truth to the specific nature of the problem impacting a set of people who use the security token. Is everyone who still gets UCS-5024 using a security token? is anyone getting the error and not using a security token?

monday is approaching and they better fix this sh*t!! as much as im annoyed, im kinda glad to see that im not the only one. i dont wish it upon anyone, but i was hoping i didnt screw things up or that it was something to do with my account. all i know is that if my characters/account is deleted...i'll never play it again. lol. if anyone has heard anything, lemme know!!!!! i also think they owe me another free month................................................ :P

Hey brains here’s a freakin clue for you…WE CANNOT GET IN TO REACTIVATE OUR ACCOUNTS!! How many ways do we have to tell you this? DO you not even know what your own error codes mean? Now I have to take time off my job to call you brain children to fix a problem with your system! If you do not want me as a customer PLEASE just tell me and I’ll gladly close all of my accounts and go to RIFT or WoW. I bet they would love to take my money! THANKS SE!!

they better not tell me to uninstall then reinstall this sh*t!! that takes forever and i'll lose things i havent saved to the server. that may sound picky of me, but i had to do that once before in the past, thanks to their stupidity and think that they need to get it together and figure it out. i mean... theres gotta be a reason why...

another question for ppl with this problem: i play on xbox, is this a problem for ppl on all systems? or is this an xbox thing? maybe i should ask this as another forum topic???

As far as I have seen its all platforms.

Your on Xbox. I'm on PC. I don't think I have seen a PS2 person say they have this prob though. But that dosen't mean its not there lol.
