I'm affected by this as well. Unbeleivable.
I am posting my experience on this thread, in hopes that if enough people post, we can get someone to do something about this this weekend, instead of having to wait until Monday.
I attempted to login to PlayOnline at around 4:25 AM PDT, thinking registration maintenance was over, as there was no announcement saying otherwise. I received an (LM-21) error message, indicating that my credit card had been returned as invalid. I imagine this is on account of SE attempting to charge $0.00 to a card. Some networks return success, and allow the transaction to take place, while other networks do not allow a $0 charge. Anyway, seeing the option to "pay" the bill, I selected it. I am then taken to a screen where I enter my PlayOnline ID and password, and after doing so receive a message stating that I have now paid the bill. Since my balance was zero, I imagine this was simple enough. I then attempt to login again, and since I updated this while the registration server was down (without my knowledge), there is no record of the reactivation on the registration server. I therefore receive an (LM-08) error message, telling me to reactivate my account. Upon selecting reactivate, I am again presented with a screen asking for my PlayOnline ID and password. I provide this information, and receive the UCS-5024 "Invalid Process." I imagine this is due to me attempting to reactivate an account that according to the POL server is activated, but according to the registration server is not.
Unless I can somehow get some support, my weekend is shot. Particularly bad timing on things going wrong.
I can't even get into my section to even edit my billing info... it immediately says UCS-5024 invalid process. If they are doing this stuff on the weekend they really need to have some kind of support.
Yeah, I came up UCS-5024 as well. Came here to find out if anyone else happened upon it. Guess I wass right but now I also see there really isn't anything I can do about it. Was hoping to break a weapon today but I will just have to wait it seems
Would be nice to get an update on the situation. Reg. server was supposed to come back up 6hrs ago, and it is still very clearly down. Someone asleep at the wheel or what?

you guys arent the only one i know this much i for one am not happy bout this i get kick from ff for 2 weeks which wasnt there fault, and then i get kicked last night and lose content id and gettin USC-5024 this is wrong

Just chiming in with the same problem.
I got the reactivate error, though mine was because my CC was compromised so the bank is sending me a new one.
So I went in to reactivate, it let me go through the entire process of adding the new card, using my D3 secure password, and everything finished. I submitted it, it told me to logout and log back in.
When I logged back in I got the same USC-5024 Error everyone else is getting after entering my POL ID and Password.
Went to the live chat, and of course it's down because of the weekend. Lovely.
Ok, This f'n blows. Everyone seems to be having the same problems. Apparently we're not gonna be able to log in until they have fixed their sever problems. With everything else going on there, like having to run on a limited energy supply. This problem may take longer to fix then us players are gonna like. So if they do get it fixed soon... fine. If not then I believe they, once again, owe us a lil payback for the lack of playing time.
Just wanting to report same problem. I have 3 linked accounts, and 1 of the 3 cannot log in, same error msg.
