If people want to quit permanently you can dispute March's charge and get a refund and get banned from the game.
I strongly do not recommend rash ideas, but if this can not get resolved within a week I am so tempted to do this.

Regarding the Character Restoration Service, unfortunately we do not know when exactly the service will be available again. We do know that if there is any sort of registration server maintenance going on, that service will be unavailable. For your specific character, eligibility to use the service and restore a deleted character is all based on using the service. In the event your deleted character is not listed, then unfortunately that deleted character cannot be restored. Please make sure you review the eligibility notes regarding the Character Restoration Service. We have also had cases where customers think a character was deleted, apply for the Character Reactivation Service, and find out that the character is not available to be restored simply because the character was created under a Content ID that was canceled. So please make sure you also review your Content ID list, as your character may have been canceled and can simply be reactivated.
