Sp. Gobbie Dial and Lebondopt and Pulchridopt Wings

I'm getting a lot of skirmish wings from the Special Gobbie dial on my mules, but I cannot send them via delvery box to a character on the same account.

Can this be changed SE?

These wings will not be used on a mule character and many of the other items given by Special Gobbie Dial/Key are still deliverable.

I believe the armor you can buy with them is sendable between accounts. I did that with one of the mog pell rewards. Not perfect though if you want a piece that costs 2 wings but you only get one.

this would be nice but they probably won't since they probably don't want you to be able to get them with the pell and send them without spending a couple days unlocking adoulin on the mule and then turning it into gear then sending it.
