No Content ID?

I just tried to login and am having the No Content ID error. I get all the way to the play screen and then get the message. I go into reactivate and get another error. My BF and I both play and use the same CC, he is in just fine, while I am sitting here reading through the forums wondering what is going on.

My wife has this problem too. to the T.

I was able to log in as usual, no billing message, no unpaid message. But when I got to the "Play" screen, went past the little "I accept" screen. It said I had no Content IDs and won't let me look at my information, change it or reactivate. :/

I had plans for today, I might add ingame.

i was kicked out of the game to but my kid is still in the game WTF?

Sweet, my account I deactivated on the 29th, I can reactivate that ID right now, yet my long time account that was fine at 2am last night, that I play all the time, I cant reactivate, get that damn error code. This really makes me very angry.

honestly i think i should get another month free or something for this stupid stuff so hard not tryin to curse on these forums or say anything out of contexted but this is really really really STUPID

Yeah. All of this crap for a free month? Which probably won't even be free now since we have to pay to reactivate our characters do to their own stupidity...people with this problem deserve something. :X

I for one will not be paying to reactivate my account. It was fine last night and now its not. That's their problem. If i had deactivated it then that's one thing. But it has payed for and up to date for the last 3 years.

I have a problem with paying from December to Feb, but I made up for it in March. And now April rolls around and because you wanted me to not pay for something, I can't get service? @_@
