But no one knows whats gonna happen i doubt we arent gonna get to play till monday they are doing a maintance on the Pol stuff like we need more.... im sure once a moderator decides to wake up n check these well have a emergency maintance sometime tonight frist thing in the morning

That announcement really doesn't explain anything though. It isn't acknowledging the mass numbers of people who were wrongly deactivated, and getting various errors. This is not the normal occurrence, there are scattered issues but not to this large of a degree, and to people who been using the same credit card without issues for years and never had any payment problems.
I always try to give SE the benefit of the doubt, but I hope at bare minimum on Monday there is an announcement that this was an error and the steps outlined to fix it. I hope the steps aren't call SE or spam update on their credit card for days, because on normal months the period after maintenance is a huge issue in updating cards. If that is the answer though at least let us know so we can do the steps, and give a small acknowledgement/apology for error. I don't think that is too much to ask, its basic customer service.
i agree to the fullest. i have 3 charges from SE on my bank transaction history pending for monday, and my content id's are inactive. I have sent a help request through the support center, but they wont respond until monday. so idk. my account isnt on hold, just no id's

While we do not have a timeline on when you'll be able to get back in and play, I can tell you we are reviewing this matter. While I do not like to be vague, we are going to ask for your patience for a bit longer. Rest assured, you have not been ignored. However we had to gather certain information prior to making a post.

QFT, and they will magically forget this happend shortly after.With the way most of you are getting so angry because you can't play the game for a little bit, they know you're too addicted to their game to take your threat seriously. You're not going anywhere, lol. You'll be back on the game within 2 seconds of this problem being fixed.
You guys are crazy, you got a free month and the game was only off for 2 weeks. You didn't get the free month cause they love you, you got it cause the service is having problems this month. You can't even complain you aren't getting the service you pay for cause you didn't.
Also keep in mind the staff here know as much as we do, they can only reply to us when SE in JP tell them something and give them the go ahead to actually post stuff. If they do anything else they would probably be fired.
There was a major disaster in Japan not long ago, where are all the high horse people riding in on their white steeds telling everyone this is only a game. They should of left the servers off for the full month, damn whiners.
We not all like that, its a weekend to chill without game, no biggie. All some of us are asking for is an update and steps to fix come Monday or whenever. Thanks to Jhanaka for addressing the issue, even in a limited manner.
