Red Mog Pell Questions

I noticed that with the Red Mog Pell we can get past cipher's that we missed. My question is do we get multiple Red Mog Pell's during this campaign?

All the cipher's that are being released with the Red Mog Pell's are ones I've missed and I'd love to get them all this time. Would it be possible? D:

You get one Red Mog Pel per campaign. We got a red and a green one about 1-2 months ago. This is a repeat of it. They're repeating all of the time-limited ciphers from login campaigns and seasonal events, just like last time. They have also repeated one of the login campaign ciphers within the past 3 months, and seasonal event ciphers will become available again when the event repeats.
