Einherjar reserved room locked me out

Yesterday, October 26th, 2014, at around 5:35 PM Central Standard Time on Sylph server, I reserved the Odin wing of Einherjar utilizing my Smouldering lamp. The reservation was accepted and the reservation end time was approximately 6:05 PM CST. Upon distributing my glowing lamps with this reservation time on them, I attempted to take my alliance into the fight as I was alliance leader. Upon trading my lamp around 5:45PM, I was given a message 'You do not posses the proper items to enter', and my lamp then showed a blank reservation. I possess all 9 key items from each wing of Einherjar, and as far as I understand you cannot reserve a room you are not able to access. Upon complete failure by every member of my group to enter us, we had a different member purchase another smouldering lamp. He possessed 8/9 of the key items, was able to make an Odin reservation, and enter the rest of the group. I was the only one given a message that I must wait 21 days to enter Einherjar again.

My character Yunzie was locked out of Einherjar for the day for attempting to initiate this fight, even though I never entered any wing, and my key items were never taken from me. I did click on the door without trading a lamp, which is when I first got that message. I now have to spend the next few days getting my friends key items so that they can do the fight again solely for me.

You have 10 minutes after trading your lamp to get 6 people inside or you lose your reservation. It appears you were slightly too slow.

That may be so, though I remember moving pretty quickly. I am roughly approximating these times. Also, since I did not enter Einherjar, why would it count as I had entered? Also, the message was not that my reservation had expired (it hadn't), it was that I did not posses the proper items to enter, and then it returned a blank lamp. The other lamps I had distributed were not blank, and did not go blank as if the reservation had expired until they were traded to the door.

If you make the reservation, that counts as your entry time. Your estimation was :35 and :45, so that's 10 minutes.
