Account Suspension Error

I'm not sure if this is the correct avenue to post this, but it was the one given to me by Agent Melinda S of your chat support. On 9/18/14, I was minding my own business leveling Thief in Labyrinth of Onzozo by means of Records of Eminence pages (4x Toramas + 1x Manticore) when I was disconnected. My account was suspended without warning. After talking with GMs after the suspension was over, all they would tell me was the Special Task Force determined that I was cheating/botting, and that they couldn't help me because it wasn't them who did it. I can't for the life of me figure out why I was suspended, because the vague reasons given make no sense. I have been a loyal fan for years, and find it hard to believe that without warning, a summary judgement was made to suspend my account without warning, and no one can tell me exactly why. I most definitely was not cheating or botting, and am quite appalled that my record is tarnished with this accusation. I have contacted online chat support and in-game GM support to no avail. I would be willing to setup a VNC or remote connection to allow the Special Task Force to snoop around on my computer if they please. I would like to get to the bottom of this, so this does not happen again to myself or anyone else. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

DO NOT ALLOW THEM INTO YOUR COMPUTER.
You should never allow anyone into your privacy, regardless whether you are innocent or guilty. You have a right to privacy and should never have to sacrifice it to prove your innocence.
It could be you developed some enemies on your server and they all reported you for bogus infractions.

I wonder if someone reported you for griefing. That was a pretty common GM call to make when people camped on top of you back in the day. Were you camping against other people for those mobs?

As a matter of fact, there was a guy there periodically, name was Bigbossman, that challenged me to see who would claim the manticore first. He was trying to outclaim me with a longbow (540 delay) vs my ungur boomerang (220 delay)...not the brightest guy. However, that was the day before this happened, I figured if it was him, it would have been right away. He did change to his 99THF and try to come kill all the mobs in the area after he lost claim, so you might be right. If its due to that, I will be very upset, as I was there first and was giving him plenty of space and mobs, even after the attempted harassment.

Yep. Sounds like he figured that the only way you could have possibly outclaimed him every time is if you were botting.

GMs can't help you with this. You probably should try and set up a live chat or call SE and equire about why you were suspended. They won't be able to do anything in here since the forum admins are not part of the special task force.

yes if he reported you gms cant handle any thing for you the S task force is a power greater then them. so you need to get a hold of them from phone call of chat and if you call keep calling. they do have people who can tell you why you were banned if you word the question right.
