    Game freezers when I try and play

    So I just got this game last night and I cant get it to work.

    When I hit play the playonline box closers and a box called Direct Play open and it freezers my computer and I have to reboot my whole computer.

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    Install "enable" Direct Play manually do not let the PlayOnline viewer do it... go into Control Panel, You should see an option to enable it. The PlayOnline Viewer tries to install it but windows 8.1 already has it just needs to be enabled.
