Log cites Blood of the Heroes as completed. I have ram staff. Cannot get cut scenes to start/proceed to Chasing Shadows. Go to each requirement and says "nothing out of place" or something like that. current quest logged is little knowledge ...... must be completed before i can progress?

mission log has "storm's crescendo" listed as current. but i can't get through it. i'm too old and slow.

Yep, you need to complete Missions up to "Adieu Lilisette" before you can continue the Nation quests arc (Chasing Shadows.)
