Returning player Nation Mission and COP Bug

I have done "Infiltrate Davoi" from start to finish and no matter how many time i click on one of the ! it refuses to give me the key item i need to finish the mission and on another note it doesnt allow me to cancel the mission either can you please look into this

AS well ON COP quest "The road forks
i can not seem to get the Cut scene from kyume romeh that allows me to get the Key item from the NPC Honoi gomoi

TBH im so stressed out by both of these missions that Id do them all over again from start to finish if you could somehow reset them all over
