equipment bug?

Race: Hume woman. Elvaan woman Hume woman, respectively
Place: Western Adoulin, Lower Jeuno, Upper Jeuno and Bastok Market
The equipment macro doesn't seem to be working properly. Specifically when I put equipment in the slots that is not either in my inventory or my wardrobe it claims that it cannot find said item. Unless they fixed it to only equip from those 2 places then this is a bug. It appears to have started today (no problems with it until today) and it actually happened right as the Bismarck incident happened, that is that Western Adoulin crashed and no1 could enter without crashing too.
Note: Since you claim insufficient information I provided as much information as possible considering I didn't call on a GM this time.
UPDATE: Tried it again, with both PC and Xbox 360 Characters, (will also be calling a GM after I update this post). Tried RSE and non-RSE stuff. When I use the /equipset 1 nothing happens and when I actually go to the list and choose equip it states "unable to find sprinter's shoes". I ask again has it just been changed to only equip from inventory and mog wardrobe because that's what it's looking like.
