Steps:
1. As per the quest, I go outside and summoned Trust: Kupipi, and she appeared.
2. After, like I was told to, I go back to heavens tower to talk to Kupipi to get the Windurst KI for Trust.
3. When I talk to NPC Kupipi, I am given a menu with no options, and unable to escape or get out of the menu, and have to force close the game, and therefore unable to complete the quest to ANY of the rest of the trusts.

(Possibly related) I tried going to San'Doria for the Trust Quest there, and the initial NPC to get the Red Card from, Gondebaud's name is MISSING from the NPC. I speak with him, as he is targetable, but he provides only 1 line of text before dismissing me.
