An Imperiel Heist+Duties, Tasks, and Deeds

I signed up for this quest maybe a year ago and I've turned in my Balrahn's Eyepatch and the 5 completed assault books to Paparoon today.. however the problem is I don't remember which Nyzle Isle weapon I actually traded to Abquhbah when I first started the quest for the Imperiel Heist.

I didn't realize that was important at the time and I've been trying to read around for a long time now to figure out which weapon I actually intended to complete the mythic quest on. I can't remember whether or not I traded the PLD sword or the DRG polearm and I'll be very sad if I didn't trade the DRG polearm and would hate to redo those 50 assaults to finish my logs and a lot of einherjar to get the eyepatch again. I've tried talking to Naja/Abquhbah/Paparoon but none of them can seem to tell me.

Edit: From what I understand, if I trade another weapon to Abquhbah, it'll reset my records. I'm not sure what that exactly means.

Sadly I still have this issue. Here's to hoping one day there will be an update where the quest npc would be able to tell me. Although I don't think it's possible oh well.

On a bright side if you did trade in the PLD sword, It'll look nice on your Mannequin or your Town Gear.

Couldn't you check what you have stored, and if one is missing then that's the one? Of course, this assumes that you have the weapon you didn't trade stored at the storage NPC and didn't just toss it(or get a second of the one you did trade and stored it for laughs)

I agree they should give you a way to check, but it does seem a little odd you don't remember.

I've been doing this quest for probably 3 years. Going in, I knew it was a large investment. It seems like the kind of thing you would remember starting :/ That's probably why they forgot to include the weapon's name in the text.

Hi guys remember me? I finally took a leap of faith and tried trading a radiant lance to Abquhbah, the text went as follows:

Do you wish to abandon the weapon you currently have turned in for safekeeping?
You already have a weapon turned in for safekeeping.
The same weapon, or any other weapon, for that matter, cannot be accepted at this time.
A new weapon may be submitted for safekeeping, should you choose to abandon the weapon currently being held.
Please exercise caution!
Do you wish to abandon the weapon you currently have turned in for safekeeping?

then the following happens:

You cannot obtain the radiant lance.
Try trading again after sorting your inventory.


It specifically says "Try *trading again after sorting your inventroy"

I've went to paparoon and he still seems to be acting the same as usual about the quest items, didn't give me any extra assault memo's.


So basically! You need to get all the weapons from nyzle first BEFORE you try to trade in a weapon, that way it'll prevent you from receiving the one you had in store for the quest, while also preventing you from purging your records! This is the only way to figure out what weapon you had actually turned in!

Oh hey i'm replying to this thread since forever ago since i've been turning in a bunch of alex.

But this is the last thing paparoon says after everytime i end a talk with him and i don't understand why because i dont have any nyzle weapons or rare/ex stuff and my inventory is 60/80. Any mods wanna tell me my quest is not being screwed over? Would make me feel a lot better!

Paparoon is saying:
"Yooo make some more rooom and come back, yes?"

I already turned in the eyepatch/wyrmkeeper book/5 assault completed memo's and i'm still working on alexandrites.

This is a very relevant thread to me. I am 90% sure I turned in my preferred weapon years ago when the quest first came out but there is no way to verify. The only thing I could come up with was loading my character on the test server. There really should be some kind of way to know for sure without having to resort to that.

From my friend who attained a mythic recently claims he had the same issue with paparoon. He says paparoon only does it because he's trying to give you the 5 assault memo's although i've already done it and turned them in. My friend had the same issue but he was still able to complete his objectives without any problem and paparoon continued to still try to give him the assault memo's.

No problems here then, whew.
