Problems with targeting while using macros with <stal>

Steps:
1 - Macros using <stal> target system are not working properly. I am trying to send Curing Waltz to players in the alliance, but outside my own party.
2 - When the macro is activated it leads to the target choice in the character list, but it does not allow me to change to any character outside my own party, in a behavior that is proper to macros with <stpc> targeting, and not <stal>.
3 - I have always used the same macros successfully, this problem began with the last update (Aug. 2014).

This is happening to me as well, not just for /dnc but for all my whm cure macros that use <stal> once it gets to top of party list, it doesn't go to the second ally but instead goes to the bottom of my party list. SE please fix this quickly as a healer i use <stal> for all my cures to help cure alliance wide.

Tested after emergency maintenance and error still occurs. Unable to target other parties in alliance with <stal>

Same <stal> acts as as <stpt>. Was hoping what this maintenance was for but nope. :/ I know SE is all about 6 man content these days but damn don't ditch it so quick :P
